Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

When you hire Virexan Capital, you are paying for custom engineering, not a license to our product. Upon final delivery and payment, you retain 100% ownership of the proprietary trading logic, specific algorithms, and unique source code developed for your project. We never reuse your alpha for internal trading or other clients.

Strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Before we write a single line of code or review your strategy parameters, we execute a legally binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Our entire engineering team is bound by strict confidentiality clauses. Information is siloed internally on a strict "need-to-know" basis.

Infrastructure Security

  • Encrypted Communications: All API communications between your trading nodes and brokerages are secured via TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Isolated Credential Vaults: API keys and secrets are never hard-coded. We utilize secure environments like AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault.
  • VPC Deployments: We deploy backend execution systems inside secure Virtual Private Clouds, entirely inaccessible from the public internet.
  • No Middlemen: Our software connects directly from your private server to your broker's endpoint. We do not route your trades through our own servers.
